Hey, I'm Sharique 👋

Open source contributor, Drupal architect, and full stack developer based in Berlin, Germany 🇩🇪

I started writing code in C and C++ during graduation and fell in love with programming. I found the perfect partner in Linux, which I've used as my primary OS ever since. Over the years, I've worked with various tech stacks and learned the strengths and weaknesses of each.

After working for quite some time with Drupal, I started exploring new tech again. I'm expanding my expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks, Cloud (AWS) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). I've created repositories for projects I'm working on while learning new things, here's what I'm working on:

🔧 What I actually do

  • Architecture & delivery — Building digital experiences for small organisations to enterprise clients.
  • Open source — Active Drupal contributor since 2007. Maintaining Read Only Mode, Previewable Email Templates, and a few more.
  • Currently building — Expanding into JavaScript/TypeScript Frameworks (Vue.js / Nuxt.js, Nest.js), AWS, IaC (Terraform) and AI integrations.
  • Community — Speaker at Drupal Camp Poland, Drupal Camp Pune, Gnunify, and a workshop facilitator for early-career developers
  • Learning — Clean Architecture, TDD, DDD, Go Lang, How to stay offline.
