I recently architected and deployed a production-grade, declarative home datacenter built entirely on a 100% Linux ecosystem!

  • 🌐 Zero-Trust Networking: Built a high-availability ingress network using Cloudflare Tunnels (HA pairs) and Tailscale for secure, borderless admin VPN access.
  • 💻 Bare-Metal & Virtualization: Engineered a clustered Proxmox Virtual Environment (PVE) root hypervisor alongside a dedicated Raspberry Pi 4 bare-metal control node (pibuster4).
  • 🤖 GitOps Automation: Leveraging Ansible as a GitOps automation controller to ensure declarative state across the fleet.
  • 📦 Containerized Workloads: Orchestrating a massive Docker swarm/stack for self-hosted services, spanning Git/Gitlab, Observability (Grafana/Prometheus), Vaults, and Media nodes!
