MiddleDuck review: This scope looks clean to me. The readability issue comes directly from the reduced opacity on protected resources, and this patch removes that penalty in both themes without changing the rest of the tree-state styling. I do not see a blocker in the current diff. |

Protected just means assigned resource group. Those resources are not intended to be rare editable or somehow hidden.
