Summary

Adds Nucleus MCP to the Docker MCP Registry.

Nucleus MCP is an AI reliability layer that compounds — 114 MCP tools across 15 facade endpoints covering:

  • Persistent memory (nucleus_engrams) — write, query, search across sessions
  • Task orchestration (nucleus_tasks, nucleus_slots, nucleus_orchestration) — task management, depth tracking, sprints, missions
  • Governance & security (nucleus_governance) — file locking, hypervisor modes, compliance, egress proxy
  • Execution verification (nucleus_ground) — tiered verification: syntax, imports, tests, runtime
  • Human alignment (nucleus_align) — correction tracking that auto-generates DPO training pairs
  • Multi-agent coordination (nucleus_sync, nucleus_federation, nucleus_agents) — agent spawning, sync, triggers, swarm orchestration
  • Training pipelines (nucleus_archive) — SFT/DPO pair generation, frontier health
  • Session management (nucleus_sessions) — save, resume, checkpoints, event ledger
  • Telemetry & infra (nucleus_telemetry, nucleus_infra) — LLM tier management, cloud services, metrics
