refactor(dependabot): added necessary update types for all dependencies

Proposed changes

by the fix with 39f9d26 it became pretty clear that we need update-types for all groups entries, as dependabot elsewhere wouldn't group anymore, but only opens individual PRs, like e.g. #6165, and afterwards opens the groups again, compare to #6195

Todos:

• compare the entries with b4befd8
• check for further update groups except Angular, maybe they are special anyhow because if their major update type ignore

Types of changes

• Bugfix (non-breaking change that fixes an issue)
• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Refactoring (improvements to existing components or architectural decisions)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)

@nmerget with commit b4befd8 all update-types have been removed. The commit message or description does not state a reason for this. What problem were these definitions causing previously?
