chore(c/sedona-s2geography): Update s2geography submodule

[paleolimbot]

This PR updates the s2geography submodule that include a series of PRs designed to speed up the existing geography operations:

• feat: Check covering intersection before running S2BooleanOperation paleolimbot/s2geography#86
• feat: Improve performance and test coverage of non-intersects predicates paleolimbot/s2geography#87
• feat: Expose iteration and brute force containment primitives paleolimbot/s2geography#88
• feat: Use brute force containment to avoid building indexes for small inputs paleolimbot/s2geography#89
• refactor: Clean up predicate iteration by allowing visitors to return early paleolimbot/s2geography#90
• perf: Improve performance of distance-related functions paleolimbot/s2geography#91

This effort is still a work in progress on the s2geography side...we have substantial improvements so far but still a lot of work to do!
