Some rewriting for clarity, combined a couple other paragraphs from later in the document that touched on the same general ideas,

Paolo - I took the liberty of making some changes. Consider all of these suggestions. It seemed easier to push them as a commit then a long set of comments.
The primary suggestions are:
- Put the text in a note box to help call it out.
- Combine lines 27 - 29 with this text block. They touch on the same concepts, lets say it once and a little more loudly (noticeably).
- Some editing to stitch it all together.
