What has changed?

• Added some tests for the cases mentioned in Drag sexp forward/backward works unexpectedly when ignore forms are adjacent to form the command is called on #2164

• Fixes Drag sexp forward/backward works unexpectedly when ignore forms are adjacent to form the command is called on #2164 (eventually)
