Netlify no longer attached?

I am shipping a major new repo-review release (1.0) in #303 and noticed there's no netlify CI; since the Webapp build changed, I wanted to make sure it would work before merging.

And looking at the developer guide, it looks like none of the updates I've done in the last three months have been deployed?

It just started working again, shortly after I posted things about it here and on Discord, maybe somebody saw it and fixed it?
