[Bug] Unpin packaging in pinecone-plugin-assistan

The package uses pinecone-plugin-assistant

The source code of this plugin is no where to be found (is it even open sourced?)
the pinecone-plugin-assistant code is pinning packaging which causes conflicts in my projects results in not being able to use pinecone. I request to release a new version without the packaging limits so that I can use version 26.0

I think it's solved but it's very inconvenient that there is a dependency about a project where we can't see it's source code openly.
Why isn't the package opensourced?
