Is there any simpler way to add custom cover in Library?

I am aware of this but it is not very intuitive. I primarily use my system in offline mode and I usually download the cover arts separately. I also play lots of indie and old games, so these cover arts are not available in SteamGridDB. Both Lutris and Heroic offers very simple and intuitive way to add covers, is it possible to have something similar for Bottles Library?
