Reproduction case

When tabbing through the accordeon, the first item gets announced as list item. This is the NVDA output from . The key strokes used were Tab -> Space -> Tab -> Space -> Tab -> Space

I'm struggling whether this is a bug – actually using semantics to get structure announced and navigation enabled is even also a best practice, so it might be a feature, not a bug. Do you have some WCAG or EN 301 549 reference or some more details on this ?
