Build a streamable http mcp server

High-Level Summary

We so far have not supported (at least not robustly) streamable http MCP server - time to do that

Motivation

1. We can provide our users a great way to navigate the power of the Datum platform
2. Allow users/agents to share an instance of the MCP server

Goals

1. A streamable http server that can be shared across agents/users
2. Auth based on agent identities or delegation
