[Bug]: Progress effects are delayed

Description of the bug

Hi,
Looks like progress leffects are delayed compared to actual printing, heating and cooling progress.

Software versions

OctoPrint 1.9.0rc3
WLED: 0.14.0.b1 "Hoshi"

Logs and screenshots

As an example, actual printing progres is 53% but lightbar arrives only to 1/3d.

I have been very busy and seems I missed replying.

The template asked for log files - please provide them and I might then get a chance to have a look.
