add "parameter" to docstring (as for clojure fn)

we get the docstring for python fn, but the "parameters" are not renderd "in first position", (as we have it fr clojure fn)
The come in a later "parameters" block.

we should have as well the "function signature" in first position of the docstring

to add "arglist" metadata. I believe we have a way to obtain this

this worked in a quick test:

  (def inspect (py/import-module "inspect"))
  (py/py. inspect signature roc_auc_score)

  ;;=> (y_true, y_score, *, average='macro', sample_weight=None, max_fpr=None, multi_class='raise', labels=None)
