[suggesting idea] only show query button when there is actual content in the input field

at this new_webui brach, i have seen that, the query button is showing unnecesary, even when there are no contents in the input field.

i propose to fix this behaviour.
if i have permission, i can implement this feature and do a pull request
i have seen some several improvement can be implemented in the web ui page.
if i am given consent, i would like to work there
