1.19 While raining, the skybox spins

Whenever it rains, the skybox spins around whenever I do this:

1. Turn on both packs including unity and unity extras,
2. Wait for it to rain,
3. Look at the skybox, and it will be spinning
   I'm using Lunar Client with Optifine
