new editor css rollout to susy-map | partner segment in susy-map no longer required

currently the css is merged in the transformap editor.
Merge / adaption for the SUSY-map is open.

In the susy-map, the partner-menu-element is not further required in the interface.

@species as there are currently no more bugs in the system, could you take minor issue #35 and then merge for the susy-map?

• In the SUSY-map-Editor, the partner selection is not futher required.
• As default, one tag "susymap" could be set with everything edited with that editor, and added to all other datasets comming from the susy-system.

CSS rolled out for SUSY map editor.

I've added a 'default' value for the SSEDAS_PARTNER field, which is set automatically on new POIs so they show up on the SUSY map.

@species unfortunately, the bug, described with the transformap-editor now shows again.
The drop down of the initiatives does not display the items (Win 7, Firefox. Works fine in chrome.)

Apart from that, is it possible, to just have the default "'default' value for the SSEDAS_PARTNER" set, and not display the drop down for the susy-partners? It seems confusing. Maybe a checkbox, that is checked by default would do best.

Ah forgot the updates in one file on the rollout to the susy-editor, should be fixed.
