Add html-load and to Ad lists

I noticed that HTML-load.com is supposed to be blocked in the blocklist:

0.0.0.0 html-load.com

However, https://*.fb.html-load.com/ still pass (examples: https://2.fb.html-load.com/, https://3.fb.html-load.com/, https://5.fb.html-load.com/) pointed at ads, for example this one.
