Can't really use Roku/Amazon Fire cable TV channels with this list any more

Nothing plays, this list blocks ads but it also blocks all of the sites that actual content is streamed from.

For example, `vod-media-aka.warnermediacdn.com` is blocked.

Is this list intended to do that now?
