Why have you enabled the network guard and restriction features on my device. I'm 43 years old. None of my third party apps are operating

How dare you guys intervene with my network and app functioning. I don't even use edge. Why aren't I able to receive array of notifications. Jackd, Grindr l, and adult content isn't able to show on my device . Please remove restriction
