  • remove Ruminex calc from labkey_luminex_tranform.R - 1hr
  • remove support for Luminex assay design props related to Ruminex: Ruminex Version, SkipRumiCalculation, EstConc_5pl, etc - 2hr
  • remove/deprecate "EC50 - 5PL Rumi" values from L-J report - 2hr
  • remove Ruminex package from install R scripts (and related R package dependencies) - 1hr
  • update Selenium tests for Luminex suite - 2hr
  • update TeamCity accordingly - ???
  • docs handoff (see here) - 0.5hr
